Troy used a 12 gauge wire instead of the correct 10 gauge wire in helping to set up my camper. I told him about our contractor finding this and realizing that the wires were running hot and that the fire hazard could literally cause a fire. When I gave him an opportunity to correct it or refund me the money so I can get someone else to fix the issue he said the only thing he would do is rip out the wiring and refund me for the price of the wire.
