The best care I've had received in 20 yrs! Dr. U went step by step with me over my current dxs', discussed each one and decided on treatment together. At the end of each appointment he always asks if there anything else on my mind. He even explained the note taking tech when I asked. The nurses are kind, quick and professional. They also utilize mychart a lot and are VERY responsive. Overall I have no complaints. I wish multicare was a better company but this doc and staff are 100%. Underbrink was 100% worth the months & months wait to get our whole family in. He has been amazing, respectful, a great listener and caregiver. His bedside manner is phenomenal. It seems as if he actually cares about the health and wellbeing of whomever walks into his rooms. He makes my children feel seen and heard as individuals and not small children. I've been searching for a provider in Washington since I moved here 6 years ago and after about 4 I finally landed at Dr. Underbrink's office. Dr. Underbrink is hands down the best doctor I have ever had in my life. After over six years of dismissive healthcare experiences I was ready to give up looking and was ready to just come to terms with the fact that I would just have to deal with chronic pain the rest of my life. Best doctor I have ever had! Dr. Underbrink listens really well, is supportive and encouraging, competent and knowledgeable, and will just pick up the phone and call to explain test results. Could not ask for a better doctor.
