If you want to be ripped off then they are for you. They actually rig it for failure. My mom who lives alone had them come out of pocket 3 times in one month. Women beware. Make sure you either use a deep voice when calling or have a man there when they arrive.
Greg provided nothing but phenomenal customer service today. I had an issue on my new Cub Cadet that I purchased elsewhere(In hinesight, I wish I had bought it from these guys!!!).
