3 months in and so far what I see truly that sets this property apart is its management. Frank is very professional and attentive every concern is addressed promptly, and communication is always clear and courteous.

What the heck are they charging rent for at this place? The B building has six laundry machines (washers and dryers) that have been broken for nearly a year. The management has made ZERO attempts to address the issue and the word is that the owner is too cheap to fix them. Nice!!! Not to mention that I've lived her for four years and I've never had a working buzzer system. Even when they promised to fix the problem earlier this year, it never happened.
