Extremely poor service and shoddy repair. Was advised by Troy-Built products to use TT Lawn Repair for authorized repair service on weed trimmer. On 8-1-17 delivered unit to business. I heard nothing from TT lawn equipment (TTLE) until I called them on Aug 20. I was told parts had been back ordered, and they could do nothing until the parts arrived from MTD (maker of trimmer.).
