This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I would give it zero stars if possible. I have known Troy for a long time and this business has gone down hill so bad that I am recommending people run away from him. It is the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Have all my insurance through Troy Thompson agency, even after buying new house and moving 5 hrs away in a different state Troy and crew still found me great insurance
Troy is very friendly and works to give his clie ts the best possible service. Highly recommend
