If I could rate a 0 I would and here's why. This is the only apartment complex in the Troy area, so when my husband and I was looking for a place in Troys great school district we chose here to make our home. Except our kiddos 6 and 2 weren't allowed to play outside without the older residents harassing us about how my babies were disturbing them during the middle of the day.
