I've been going to this office for over 14 yrs the docs there are amazing, yet recently in the last 2yrs it has gone down hill from my apt constantly being canceled multiple times 4 in on month due my day off does not work with the office, the receptionist is not any better getting mad at me for bringing my new insurance in the day of my apt after it had been rescheduled twice that week the telling me the card I gave her was NOT my ins when infact it was after slamming the window shut in my face and told me to go call the in... read more
Been seeing Sibson over 20 years. The doctor himself is wonderful. Unfortunately his receptionist older lady treated me poorly enough my last visit will be my last. She was rude,condescending & even humiliating because I didn't use the app to check in as I was locked out of it. I didn't have the $600 balance I was unaware of so she tapped on the sign reading payment due at time of visit implying I couldn't read. I left in tears of embarrassment & frustration. Won't be back won't recommend!
Dr. Sibson was my doctor when my son was born in 2002. I left his office due to a move, then went back to him about 10 years ago, and as a doctor, Dr. Sibson was amazing. However, the office got a new billing system and in 2023 the office receptionist told me about a bill that was past due from 2017. She even admitted to me that it wasn't submitted correctly to my insurance by whoever was in the office at that time. I didn't have the same insurance so it couldn't be resubmitted. I’ve seen him for years. Had the blessing of him delivering my first. The hospital experience was pleasant and the staff were all amazing. They took equal care for mom and baby. Highly recommend.
