Been seeing Sibson over 20 years. The doctor himself is wonderful. Unfortunately his receptionist older lady treated me poorly enough my last visit will be my last. She was rude,condescending & even humiliating because I didn't use the app to check in as I was locked out of it. I didn't have the $600 balance I was unaware of so she tapped on the sign reading payment due at time of visit implying I couldn't read. I left in tears of embarrassment & frustration. Won't be back won't recommend!
Dr. Sibson was my doctor when my son was born in 2002. I left his office due to a move, then went back to him about 10 years ago, and as a doctor, Dr. Sibson was amazing. However, the office got a new billing system and in 2023 the office receptionist told me about a bill that was past due from 2017. She even admitted to me that it wasn't submitted correctly to my insurance by whoever was in the office at that time. I didn't have the same insurance so it couldn't be resubmitted. I’ve seen him for years. Had the blessing of him delivering my first. The hospital experience was pleasant and the staff were all amazing. They took equal care for mom and baby. Highly recommend.
Great exprince from the time I made my appointment to meeting the Dr,he is amazing caring you our not a number with and his team he explained everything to me my husband his decision was surgery so I went to huron valley hospital for my surgery he came in and explained everything to me and my husband he is a blessing had my surgery he came in checked on me after what dr does this none .so that following Monday I had questions left a msg not even 5 minutes later his nurse Megan calls me back got my answers so kind ,caring the... read more
