Dr. Shepard is amazing. He is knowledgeable and provides excellent information and treatments. I have never felt more comfortable with any other doctor. His staff is also very helpful, friendly, and inviting. Highly recommended.
Both of my elderly parents have been seeing Dr Shepherd for the past year and a half. Dr Shepherd has one of the best bedside manners I have ever seen. He is incredibly kind and patient with my parents and answers all of their questions. While they have seen him for less serious foot issues, I know that he performs a lot of surgeries. It is rare to find a surgeon who also is a real people person. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Shepherd.
Michelle in Billing is a nightmare, she hung up on me when I asked her to stop using speaker phone. When I tried to call back she wouldn’t answer. She should be fired
Dr Shephard removed a piece of wood from my foot and as of today all is well. Thank you so much!
