Always on time, you're in and out! Very clean office. Friendly staff!
If you book an appointment and you confirm that the appointment is booked, that is enough confirmation. Cancelling peoples appointments and giving them to other people is just trying to squeeze as much money as possible. I understand that you need to pay the electricity and what not, but don't try to paint this place as "made for the community" when you use that kind of strategy. You don't care about the community, you care about filling your time slots.
This is the best dentist in the Quad Cities! I love how he takes the time to care for your individual needs. Very clean, professional, friendly, and helpful. The ladies who work with him are always so sweet and professional! They are very helpful and always gentle when it comes to care. This is the dentist I will be seeing for life! Love this place! Absolutely would recommend to anyone who needs dental care. Thank you for all your help!
Have been going here for some months and love that I found this dentist. Such friendly staff and Dr roeder is so nice and very knowledgeable, very helpful answering questions and overall, such a great place! Would recommend this office to anyone needing a new dental office/dentist!
I went the day that I was scheduled only to discover that they had rebooked my appointment to somebody else, all without giving me any notice. Their explanation was that I did not confirm that I was going (although they had sent me messages confirming that they were ready for my appointment both the day before and one hour prior to it, even saying that they were excited to see me) When I asked to reschedule, only spot open was in two more months (and I had already waited two months for this appointment).
