Called the answering service at 7 p.m. and Dr. Larson was on call. Called back at 8 p.m. because he still hadn't called. Called back at 9 p.m. and had him pages again. It is now 10:45 p.m. and still no call. I find it very disrespectful and unprofessional. If you don't intend to return patients calls....don't be on call
Dr Larson shared the news of cancer with my mom then tried to back out the door and barely answer questions. Told us there’s nothing else we could do except come back every 3 months to scrape out returning cancer. He told us mom didn’t qualify for treatment because the cancer wasn’t in the bladder walls and that we didn’t need to see an oncologist. Very good urologist. My husband and I both have seen him. He was able to fix us both up. Thankful for his service.
