I want to share my experience in hopes it helps others make an informed decision. I called this company to diagnose a persistent leak in my shower. After they were unable to identify the source, I was told the issue was simply a lack of caulk around the tub. I paid for the service call and spent my own time caulking the area as instructed, but the leak continued. Troy plumbing was quick to respond. I had service within a day and they were so professional. The employees were kind and so efficient. The prices were competitive. My daughter’s shower was fixed in just a couple hours. I’ll recommend them to all my friends. Thank you for such a great experience.

Troy plumbing have no clue who would use them but they like to turn off peoples water with no notice.
