Dr Noonan is a kind, respectful, intelligent individual in the Medical field of Psychiatry I have ever had. He has always gone the extra mile to listen, evaluate and discover a plan that works best for me. I have never felt rushed, uncomfortable in discussing my medical needs that I personally inside feel uncomfortable about. My experience with the outside medical field, has not been positive. Our world needs more, “Dr Troy Noonan’s” Thank you and your entire staff, for making me feel better, not isolated with Health Issue’s... read more

Dr. Noonan is great. I feel like he really listens to me and does not minimize my feelings/symptoms. He is encouraging and is very good about explaining his treatment plan. If something doesn't work, he does not give up and is always willing to try a different approach. I have seen several psychiatrists and he is my favorite.

I have been seeing and phone appts Dr. Noonan for 7+ years. He is caring & listens to you. He does everything he can to get you on the right medicine for your condition. I would recommend him to anyone. Unfortunately I can no longer see him as I have moved out of state.

Adult son was supposed to see Dr.Noonan for a diagnosis. He was put with someone who is not a psychiatrist. First appointment was less than 20 minutes. How can you diagnose in that time?!! Was given prescription for meds, after he told them what he thinks he has. Self diagnosis, really?! Son is worse than he was before. And being he is an adult I can't advocate for him or contact who he is seeing !!

Dr. Noonan is knowledgeable, caring, and listens well. I have treated with him since 2010. He is excellent. The negative comments about his staff that others have posted are out of date. Now, arranging appointments and dealing with staff is a pleasure.

Dr. Noonan has been seeing me for almost a year now. He's really compassionate and empathetic with my personal situation. I like that he's honest, respectful, listens to my concerns and focuses on my individual care. He's adjusted my medication as needed and I'm very grateful to have a decent and professional psychiatrist to treat me. Dr. Noonan has exceeded my greatest expectations. I would recommend him to anyone seeking quality psychiatric care.

Dr. Noonan was prescribing my husband medication that is not to be mixed with alcohol and my husband was an alcoholic. Dr. Noonan was told on several occassions that my husband had a drinking problem yet continued to prescribe him this medication. In addition, he would fill prescribtions and only see him every six months. My husband would call and say he lost his prescription because he traveled and Dr. Noonan would refill them repeatedly. My husband is now dead, great job Troy.

I implore you! Do not go to Dr. Noonan. My college daughter had visited Noonan last year for some light anxiety. He gave her medication. She recently moved into an off-campus apartment and requested a letter from Noonan so she can have a cat for emotional support. He requested she come into the office. He charged her $275 for the visit and an additional $50 for a follow up form. $325 for less than 15 minutes of service. Discussing with his office and him offered no remediation.
