Terrible treatment and pathetic payment system. They don’t acknowledge your payments and continue to send duplicate bills from a year ago and they have the audacity to ask me to pay again and again. Why should I pay again for their faulty systems? Regarding treatment, I go to them (Noor S Bunney) with a list of issues and all he had to say is “All good” with a thumbs up and never does any treatments. Amazing doctors and staff !
This time I saw Dr. Alan Bunney, have seen his father Noor Bunney for 35 years. Love this practice! They don't give up until they have helped you. I really love these doctors and nurses.
I've never had such an abysmal experience with any doctor ever. I try not to get hung up on the minor details of patient care because I understand that medical professionals carry a heavy burden. I don't need my doctor to be nice or friendly. Just professional. I would not describe my experience as professional. I cannot honestly describe any single part of it in nice words.
