DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I moved out and left the place in good shape and did not receive my $700 deposit back. I reached out to the property manager Kelly multiple times as well as the corporate office several times. Never heard anything back and I inquired for months after I moved out. There is also no full time maintenance so good luck if there’s an issue. It has went extremely downhill the last couple years. The water also has a sulfur smell and is very rusty. I got a good service. The first time I arrived inside, Kelly greeted me warmly. I recommend you come and make your application here for our new apartment.
I congratulate Mrs. Kelly for the welcome she gave me when I came to the office and I am very satisfied with the apartment which is very comfortable and I advise other people to choose these apartments, you will not regret it
