We were also deceived about the insurance, that to me isn’t how you do business. Maybe they just do that to snowbirds . No happy.

I hate going to the dentist just like anyone else but Dr jones was great! My hygienist was very knowledgeable and really motivated me to floss more without feeling shame-y. I brought my 3 year old daughter in for a cleaning and they made it fun for her. And made us both feel very comfortable. She cant wait to go back! The reception did let me know that I would have to pay for my first visit until they ran my insurance and then they would reimburse me. Over all, it was a great experience!

Please be aware that this Dental Office is not a preferred provider for any of the insurance plans. I have cleaning coverage with my FEP BCBS but they were not up front about the fact that my insurance would not be able to be used. And I did ask prior to service. They might possibly be a preferred provider for Dental Insurance that I do not know. They did a good job with the cleaning and services rendered. None the less I felt deceived.

BEWARE!!!! We were quoted $4500 to compete ALL. After paying they started the work. When done they hadn't competed 75% of what I was quoted then tried charging me another $3500 on top of that. Just because we're elderly doesn't mean we're stupid. He prays on older folks. BEWARE
