Had 2 psychs and passed both , and they lasted about 1 hour each but with this guy it lasted 10-15 mins and failed somehow. Don’t make sense , heard a lot from other guys that he failed em too for some reason while they passed other psychs in the past
I PULLED out of a process with the police department. BECAUSE I heard. *** Troy Rodgers *** was doing the psych evaluation. MIND YOU I PASSED ALL STEPS REQUIRED. I now ask every department whom does the psychological evaluations. So I can stay away from him.. I REFUSE TO PUT MY FUTURE IN HIS HANDS.
If you belong to a security company, I highly suggest going elsewhere. He is almost sure to fail you. Even when there is truly nothing wrong with you. How do you pass a psychiatry test Seven or eight times prior with multiple other psychiatrists? But my first time going here and he fails you? Not to mention close to ten or fifteen other people who I have known personally and on duty for X amount of years, almost 11 of them get failed? When you've worked on duty for more than 17 years, with a firearm, then are not reccomended... read more
*Avoid him at all cost * I was told to avoid him by multiple people. I figured I would try my luck. I regret ever doing it. He kept me waiting in the office from 8 A.m to 5 P.m Told us to go for a 1 hour lunch came back at 12... nobody was in the office to test just me. He had me sitting there from 12:00 to 4:45.
