They won’t see me for a torn rotator cuff because I cough from asthma. After years I’m finally finding a new office and I recommend anyone else does too. The office workers have made mistakes and have been repeatedly terrible. I tried to change my doctor from Simpson who has been one of the laziest people I’ve ever met to Frasier several times before they finally did it. Do not go there. They are the worst.

most incompetent office staff i have ever had to deal with. took me 6 months to resolve billing issues with a routine office visit that was coded wrong. now once again my patient portal was deleted. i will have a final conversation with dr. maggoire who i like that if this continues i will find another primary care dr.

The most disrespectful front staff that lack any form of proper patient etiquette. They need better training!! Screaming at a patient should not be tolerated. Then they lie to the doctor to cover their own butt!!! Hands down horrible place!!!

I've been a paitent at Troy Internal Medicine for over 30 years. I've never waited for more than a few minutes to see a doctor. This place runs like a well oiled machine and the service could not be better. Of couse the fact that my primary care phisican saved my life a couple years ago may also be coloring my opion. Best practice ever. Keep up the good work.

Fired my wife due to me being in the US Navy and getting orders to go to California. Put in her two weeks as a proper employee would, and fired her for doing the correct thing.

Terrible phone assistance. A simple call can take 30 minutes on hold & no one cares! HIPAA violations right and left at the front desk. I brought it to the attention of a manager & she told me she had other issues to worry about. I like my doctor, but all the rest is terrible. I'm finding a new practice!

Dr. Nurmi treated my 90-plus mother-in-law and father-in-law. I was impressed that he always addressed his comments to them even though I was in the room with them and he knew they did not understand. It may seem a small thing, but to elderly people who feel that they are becoming invisible, it made them feel they were still in control of their health. He is also a brilliant physician and wonderful human being. The full package when it comes to a family doctor.
