The President (Brett Crawford) at Troy Innovative must have such a poor reputation and displeased customer base that he insists on harassing legitimate businesses with spam emails regularly (which you cannot reply to). Poor business practice certainly reflects on their company, and I highly suggest considering any other alternatives than dealing with these people.

Brett and the Troy Innovative team are highly skilled, filled with character and are a joy to work with. Could not recommend them any higher.

This company has a lot of things to work on. If you get fired for their incompetence or any reason for that matter they will deny you unemployment till you find another job. They dent unemployment to all workers they fire. Their pay is average, the culture their is vindictive and full of favoritism and nepotism. They have people training you who don't know what they're doing and an arbitrary review process through which they never reward you for your good work only slight you for any and all mistakes.
