Room cleaning is uncommon, and never very thorough. The lot is pretty banged up and there's lots of potholes and hardly any parking spaces. Most are taken up by permanent 'residents' (crackheads) that management won't kick out. Guess they pay pretty well when you let em spark up inside. Doesn't help the smell though.
