This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen i visited the showroom twice. I was taken in the back of the building and left, when I had questions about the granite I had to go the find a custodian sweeping up the warehouse Just to get help. I Came Back the next day to make the down payment I was told i needed the entire payment . At that time I was told they have spent enough time on me and I could take my business elsewhere!!! Recognizing a problem and fixing it properly without a hassle. Every project has the potential for a problem. The way in which the issue is handled is what determines, in my book, the caliber of the organization. We moved into a brand new house and found several problems with the Granite countertops. Our builder refused to even discuss it with us or speak in our behalf. We were able to find out that Troy did the work, and contacted them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were given a quote, went to get cash, came back to place the order. We were told that quote would never hold up and that was the end of that...we were rudely dismissed. I called the initial gentleman who quoted us 3 times that afternoon with no response...when I finally asked for a manager the gentlemen got on the phone. My family just visited Troy Granite to update our kitchen. We worked with Jaime Binns who is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She listened to what we were looking for and explained the differences in the granite. We ended up going with her suggestions because she has a great eye for design. I highly recommend working with Jaime, she was excellent!
