if you want to move into a dirty apartment that you have to clean yourself i would recommend here. Managers treat employees like garbage. If employees speak up about something that isnt right both the property manager James (Jim) rider and his boss Brian Owens will sweep it under the rug because the company only cares about getting people in to make money. The condition of the apartment does not matter to anyone in management. Ask any employee for troy gardens or any Tri City employee.
