Lived here almost a year and our Heat broke so they came and fixed it and had to unplug the AC now three months later it’s 80 degrees outside and 77 degrees in our house. AC still not fixed. We receive excuse after excuse every time we call. 100% do not recommend this place. Pay an outrageous rent and no AC. If you enjoy getting scammed live here!

Grass is not kept well. The retention pond is disgusting and stinks. Not enjoyable to sit on the patio and smell the stink or even look at it. Pay 1,000 bucks a month this place should look beautiful.
