NP A. Knutson is wonderful. I’m here today to leave a review not only for her but Jamie in the office. She was so kind and patient with me on the phone this morning and helped me. It was a moment where I was feeling like I didn’t matter and just her actions and calmness made me feel like I did matter. I feel compelled to return the favor and make sure she knows that she matters. What she does and what all of the staff do there, is just as important as what the doctors and nurses do. Completely unprofessional. Making me wait an entire month because I was 1 minute late to my appointment. absolutely ridiculous. mind you , there was not a soul in there but me so they could’ve easily let me in but no they decided to be difficult
