Hands down the BEST clinic in the Capital region, all communication is extremely clear & 100% on point. The referrals and prescriptions are done quickly and precisely, all the nursing agents have been so polite, resourceful and helpful for all my needs and questions. And NP Amy Lane is the absolute best! She has helped me with so many of my concerns, made the perfect medical recommendations and always responds to my question on MyChart in a timely and clear way. Nazir wouldn’t even evaluate my symptoms when I was looking to get a tint exemption due to light sensitivity. She tried saying a specialist needed to fill it out, even though the form specifically states that it may be filled out by any licensed medical provider and does not require a specialist. I was disappointed that my concerns weren’t even assessed before the request was denied. If you’re looking for a provider who is willing to evaluate you for this type of medical documentation, this may not be the right office.
Nobody ever answers the phone
NP A. Knutson is wonderful. I’m here today to leave a review not only for her but Jamie in the office. She was so kind and patient with me on the phone this morning and helped me. It was a moment where I was feeling like I didn’t matter and just her actions and calmness made me feel like I did matter.
