They never answer the phone, i hate this place and im going to transfer!! Place sucks!!
I have only been coming here since early 2023 but I can tell you, I really like and trust Dr Patel. Check in is always pleasant and I rarely wait more than 3-5 minutes after I arrive for my appointment. There is plenty of parking in a free lot. There is also a grocery store and pharmacy close by.
My daughter and I have been going there for years My daughter has mental issues l issues and sometimes.yes she missed 3 with out calling however last visit was a follow up made by the hospital at 830 am the night before she had a crisis.couldnt make BCS we got home late .. nobody is perfect and had no time to call . special when you in crisis at the hospital and doctors office is closed . shame on you for letting my daughter go without a doctor .
