Nazir wouldn’t even evaluate my symptoms when I was looking to get a tint exemption due to light sensitivity. She tried saying a specialist needed to fill it out, even though the form specifically states that it may be filled out by any licensed medical provider and does not require a specialist. I was disappointed that my concerns weren’t even assessed before the request was denied. If you’re looking for a provider who is willing to evaluate you for this type of medical documentation, this may not be the right office.

NP A. Knutson is wonderful. I’m here today to leave a review not only for her but Jamie in the office. She was so kind and patient with me on the phone this morning and helped me. It was a moment where I was feeling like I didn’t matter and just her actions and calmness made me feel like I did matter. I feel compelled to return the favor and make sure she knows that she matters. What she does and what all of the staff do there, is just as important as what the doctors and nurses do.
