Dr. Shah and Brenda the hygienist are the best! No long wait times and the staff are professional, attentive, and friendly. Highly recommend scheduling with your cleaning with Brenda!
Went in for a consult after waiting til 40 minutes after my appt time and still not being seen; I left. Office staff did not explain that they would be running behind and a patient who arrived after I did was called back first.
My family and I have been going to Troy Dental Care for a few years now and the staff there have always been friendly, welcoming, and sincere. We really appreciate the personal care and comfort that Dr. Shah has given us, above and beyond her exceptional expertise and professionalism. We also appreciate how Brenda always greets with a smile and takes care to make sure we're comfortable during our cleaning. We are grateful for everyone there at Troy Dental.
Dr. Shah and the rest of the staff are great, polite, and caring. They all provide clear information and are willing to answer questions. They made me feel very welcomed and calm, witch was something my other dentist was not able to do.
