5 minutes after arriving for our appointment they decided to tell us the dentist wasn’t even there to do my daughter’s filling. My daughter’s filling from Troy Dental Kids fell out immediately after we left the building. 3 weeks later when her appointment arrives to fix it and Troy Dental Kids texts me 45 minutes prior to her appointment to “reschedule”. I called them for an explanation and was told the laughing gas shipment was late but we had declined using nitrous oxide more than 2 weeks prior when we were told it would be $200.
