This was the most negative experience I have had with a loan company. My wife will be starting a new job and the new employer can’t guarantee a minimum salary. We were upfront about this but they said it won’t be a problem they just need a letter from the employer. We just refinanced our home. The process was super easy and quick. Rodney and his team kept us totally informed every step of the way. I gave one star only because they did treat us well when we visited for the first time. We were here because of it is introduced by a friend saying the place is with well service. Therefore we scheduled appointment to discuss about our house loan. They were nice in our first visit and we did appreciate that. However, they did not provide too much info about the rate and continued to push us for application after that. We used to dread buying another home or refinancing as we just didn't have the patience to deal with the experience of it all again. However, Troy Chambers and his team have changed all that for us.
