I had my windshield replaced in March 2019 after a stone chip and crack. That experience was fine. However, in May 2019 (2 months after the replacement) I noticed a crack on the new windshield. There was not a noticeable event when this supposed impact (chip) occurred, and the crack spread quickly. My insurance provider suggested I contact Troy Auto Glass regarding the warranty. Awesome! Very professional. I had work done at the dealership around the corner and they made arrangements to pick up my car replace my windshield and return it back to the dealership so I wouldn’t have to make an extra trip and sit around until it was taken care of. My receipt was on my front passenager side. Thank you!!!
