Troy Auto Care was the service provider that AAA chose to provide emergency towing service to me on Wed. 11/14/2018. Devin King was the tow truck driver who answered the call. Devin was terrific. He was timely and persistent in getting the job done right. He also has excellent communication skills. Thank you Devin.
Called AAA because car would not start. Noah came in less than 30 minutes and jumped started the car. He was professional, knowledgable and an excellent communicator. He explained everything in a way that a non-car person like me could easily understand. Noah is awesome!
As an employee I must say out of all the jobs I've had in previous time frame, the owners are some of the best people I could ever work for. I've had personal && health problems arise and they've done nothing but accommodate me to my problems, Donnie aka (bossman) is the greatest guy I've ever worked for.
