I adopted a dog with some health issues and Dr. Davis did so much for our pup. He goes above and beyond to help explain and treated him as if he was his own pet. Everyone I have dealt with is kind and caring. I would highly recommend this practice.
was unaware of a I presumed an outstanding bill. had not received any information not even a phone call. A neighbor brings over my mail from down the road today finding a letter from the animal hospital telling me to never show their my face to their office never to call them or reach out to them ever again. my mail has been messed up since we have moved at this current location. My dog was being seen at another vet, but they don't perform surgeries so I had to find another vet for his neuter. I am so pleased that Charlie had zero complications!! He was back to his normal self the very next day!! We did purchae an e collar, and thankfully he only wore it once. They did a terrific job! Your animal is in good hands! Thank you!

Ive been to this vet off and on for several years and the service has been okay not great but not terrible. BUT TODAY.... I got to my appointment 15 minutes early and waited in the patient room for 40 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time. The visit was short and sweet when she finally did come in & not at all worth the price tag. Though I’m glad it was short because my dog and I both wanted out of there ASAP. In my time of dire need they were there indeed. The love of my life my cat Ryder took a turn in life quickly. I knew I had to get her to the vet. They were over booked yet came to my rescue as I plead it was a matter of life or death. The care was top notch during this transition because Ryder had since passed the illness was serious. All that said the care they gave me after her passing brought tears to my eyes. I highly recommend the caring people within the Troy Animal Hospital-Bird Clinic ROCK!
