Very disappointing, we requested information from Mr. Allred, that he assured us he could provide back in April 2025. We have made numerous email and telephone follow-up's only to be given false hope to receive the information requested. It is now August and the information has never been provided by Mr. Allred. I do realize he offered to provide information at no cost, but if the information is never provided there is a lot of time wasted on follow up correspondence. We will not likely recommend Mr. Allred or his office.
Troy is a seasoned realtor, he helped me find a great house at great price. Experience speaks he made the process quick and simple!
