Troy was great to work with - patient, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. He definitely helped us to get the best sales price for our house, and his team of associated colleagues/contractors were equally professional and helpful!
Troy was amazing throughout the whole process of the sale explained all of the paperwork and the process he made everything really simple would recommend to anyone he was really amazing to work with
Very disappointing, we requested information from Mr. Allred, that he assured us he could provide back in April 2025. We have made numerous email and telephone follow-up's only to be given false hope to receive the information requested. It is now August and the information has never been provided by Mr. Allred. I do realize he offered to provide information at no cost, but if the information is never provided there is a lot of time wasted on follow up correspondence. We will not likely recommend Mr. Allred or his office.
