I will not ever buy a property from Ellen Troxclair again. She misrepresented the property we purchased as having wood floors when they are luxury vinyl plank. She supposedly claims that it was an honest mistake to check the wrong box for the listing. I take issue with this claim. We asked multiple times during the buying process and could not get an answer from her. This is avoidance behavior.
