Patrick was exactly the type of realtor I wanted. He was laid-back and patient with us, but he was also proactive and strategic about helping us get exactly the property we wanted. (In truth, we weren't really sure what we wanted, so he helped us figure that out, too.) Along with being smart, he's also funny, so the long hours we spent looking at houses together were pretty enjoyable. It was a great experience all around. Highly, highly recommend!

I highly recommend Patrick and Shannon in the property buying experience. Patrick and Shannon helped me locate and negotiate an incredible deal on a vacant lot. The lot had some issues that Patrick knew how to handle from his experience as a developer/builder. It seemed the lot might be un-buildable due to septic feasibility and well set backs. Patrick is the best real estate agent I've ever encountered. He's genuine, friendly and great at finding and making deals. If you're looking for a slick salesman in an expensive suit then look elsewhere.
