I went to hospital due to getting one cleaner in my eye and was seen by Mary. She was brilliant and was empathetic even though I left it 2 days to see anyone. My whole experience was 100% thanks you both for helping me. Natasha
My sister went to this hospital on the 14th July after an accident at work. She was driven to Trowbridge by a work colleague. Was seen by male nurse who told her she had a badly sprained wrist, told to go home, put ice on it and take paracetomol. Wasn't getting any better so, today, 3rd September, she had an xray at her local surgery and was told she has two small BROKEN bones and her wrist and needed to be put in plaster. Came in with a blown up face, with no looking at me initial consultation told me to find a dentist, although none locally. I asked to be looked at as nurse was trying to send me away with no checks. I now have a face like a balloon and having to call ambulance because the particular person who saw me didn't want to do her job.
