The staff was somewhat helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern, but I I don't feel like I've made any progress whatsoever after seeing them. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room.
