DR Horton is a shady builder will sell off your mortgage to another company that can add over $1,000 worth of extra fees to your mortgage do not trust these builders not only is their quality less than subpar they are manipulative and need to be investigated, there's already a class action lawsuit against them, if you bought a house from them look into it, they've done this to everybody they sold a house to
I had a great experience both buying my home and working with Destiny on the one year warranty repairs just recently. They listened to my concerns and made the necessary repairs without much push back, and worked around my schedule.
The sales reps and site supervisors are awesome, however I need to edit since the developer held HOA is not holding up to their end of bylaws. There are some home owners that like to park on the side of their driveways in front of their gates or in the street because they have 7 different vehicles. We have 3 party houses that play loud music from 9pm to 4am on Fri and Sat nights, trash on the ground of the common areas, weeds growing amok in HOA spaces, and dogs running loose.
