They replaced a T-Joint under my widowed mother in-laws ( ****** *****) mobile home and charged her $1000. They were at her residence less than 2 hours and even with drive time, it was less than a 3 hour job. The part costs $8 so they charged over $900 in labor to change the joint. She called to ask about it and the lady that answered was rude and told her they charge a flat rate and she agreed to it once she paid. If you are thinking of using the company do not! They take advantage of the elderly!
I wish I would have read reviews before choosing them. Same issues as already stated. They came and unclogged our main line. When the guy left, the drain was functioning fine. It wasn't 2 weeks later that the same issue happened again. And In those 2 weeks we were gone for 1 of them so if the drain was cleared properly it wouldn't have clogged again so soon. I was informed that clogs aren't warrantied and would be expected to pay. Customer service is terrible. Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
