She went on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry and Masters in Vision Science from Pacific University College of Optometry. Excellent clinic! Beautiful office, and welcoming, informed, friendly staff. Dr. Rosencrans is sharp, fun and the best optometrist I’ve ever seen. Fabulous eyeglass selection, and top notch materials.

I had the most terrible experience at Troutdale vision today ..They are under new ownership and will not ever deal with you again .Very dissapointed ....I will post the whole ordeal in another post soon.
Great service and friendly staff and excellent selection of eyewear.
Frames broke within 6 months. They kept them for a week, trying to fix them. Only after we called them did they tell us that the glasses would need to be sent away for a possible repair. I was told the repaired is warranted, but I'd have to pay for shipping them, because is isn't a manufacturing defect. So my no out of pocket repair will cost me shipping. I'm sure it isn't much, but given the fact that they had them for over a week, and now I have to wait until this other place can try to fix them is a bit much on a frame le... read more
