Staffing mill, new office person nearly monthly. No pool, as advertised. Inaccurate record keeping resulting in nagging, harrassing and fraudulent eviction notices. Grabage compactor on the blink so garbage piled up second time within two weeks. No parking enforcement as one tenant parks 7 rigs here taking up all the guest parking around this building. 5 mgmt companies in 5 years daughter's had to wait 4 month to get there roof fixed from water leak from the ice storm 2 years ago

Please save your money and DO NOT move here! If you’re on the waitlist and haven’t gotten called then consider yourself lucky! RUN! I lived here for two years without any problems until the new property manager Natasha moved in just three short months ago.
