Horrible customer service. Wanted to go to a local shop so I could support their business. Woman who answered the phone was horribly rude. It’s the holidays and I desperately needed my car fixed. But they are more worried about getting off work early than helping others. I hope not all of the staff is like this but she definitely was. Had no compassion at all and was horribly rude.
