I happened upon this store while driving through Vienna. I stopped in and had the best customer service. It’s a beautiful store, with a wide selection of lingerie, pajamas, socks, bras, loungewear and toiletries. I plan to return.

My wife's favorite shop for lingerie. As a husband who would be completely overwhelmed by trying to shop on my own, I'm dependent on their staff to guide me. My wife's sizes and past purchases are all on file, along with listings of things that I've bought for her over the years. The staff has a great eye and a very personal approach to customer service. Had the best experience this morning with Kaileigh! I went in a little stressed and worried they wouldn’t be able to help, but Kaileigh jumped right into action and literally saved the day by finding the perfect bustier for under my wedding dress! You will not be disappointed, these ladies have all the answers!

The return policy on unused items within 30 days is absurd. I bought a corset which DID NOT work with my dress, but I can’t return it within the timeframe and with the tags? Their products are good, but policies are horrible. I’d rather go to Nordstrom which has a great variety and a great return policy!
