I was told that my balance was paid I full before leaving the West Point location. Sent my wife to pick my prescription up after 4 weeks when I was initially told it would be 7-14 days. Now I am being told I have an outstanding balance of 170 and some change? Very unprofessional. And not helpful at all. Will definitely be going to cheetham from now on after she refunds me my money.

They got me in for an appointment quickly , the receptionist and doctor were super nice!! Dr.Troupe answered all my questions!

If I could give this place a no star I would. My husband and I went here about a week ago to get our eyes checked, they had a deal where you would get two pairs of glasses with the appointment. We were not asked if we wanted any extra's on our lenses, such as, blue light filter or anti glare. Also, my husband's prescription was not right, so were gonna have to spend another 200 just so he has the right prescription for his eyes.
