My wife got a call from the admin staff the day before her colonoscopy saying her referral wasn't correct. She had gotten the referral weeks before and the office had it way in advance of the procedure but didn't reach out until the day before the procedure toy was an issue. The woman I spoke with said my wife needed to 'know her insurance'. Isn't that her job? My wife doesn't have procedures like this regularly, what kind of service is this? She actually asked me if she wanted to go elsewhere, truly unbelievable.
For such an unpleasant procedure, Dr. Troum and his staff made the experience almost pleasureable. Everyone was so nice and professional. The anesthesiologist was especially knowledgeable and relieved any anxiety had.
You are in the BEST hands! Dr. Troum is TOP NOTCH, Compassionate and easy to talk to.

Dr. Troum is an exceptional physician. He takes his time to explain your diagnosis and treatment options. Dr. Troum has a way with patients to make you feel comfortable and at ease no matter what the procedure (the only physician that can make you look forward to a colonoscopy by his explaining the necessity). I never feel rushed, always returns phone calls and makes you feel at ease because he is truly a physician that cares for his patients. Dr. Troum has a wonderful bedside manner. The makes you feel like you are his only patient. He is top in his field and I wouldn't trust anyone else. My family wishes he could be our family doctor!!!!
