Awful waitress/hostess! She was short tempered, snappy and unprofessional from the start. She got very angry at me when I took back a "sticky date pudding" that was clearly some kind of self saucing horror from a supermarket. She slammed the till shut after refunding my money and was just very angry over all. After taking it back to the kitchen, she returned half way through the kitchen door saying very loudly.. "I dunno! Had an evening meal here on 23rd May 2026, the staff are awesome, friendly up for a laugh and engaging, the food was brilliant ,we had the flathead in batter cooked perfect, and mates had beef cooked in merlot everything enjoyed. When we're back in Edithburg we're coming back loved it.
Unfortunately there was sooo many flies while trying to eat. Food was beautiful !!!
A great dinner & a few drinks.
Very friendly country pub. Owners were welcoming to everyone. Will be back
