I've lived here for almost a year and I always loved it. Even despite the insane turnover in management, MULTIPLE maintenance issues going unanswered for quite some time, etc. I always felt the pros outweighed the cons, so I was going to renew my lease for another year. Very rude management! Do not move here!!!!
My daughter lives here and likes it for the most part but they force everyone into a cable/internet combo which adds $100 extra into already high rent, and they have no choice. They also factor in Duke Energy and that can also be outrageously expensive. Besides all of that, management is extremely rude. They banged down on her door and yelled at her over a garbage bag she was getting ready to put out in the bin. Very rude and bully and hateful behavior.
