Tony was absolutely terrific. He explained what he would be doing, spoke with another vendor who had been working on something else in the same area and got it done in less time than we expected. He is so cheerful, brightens our day, and does great work!
It is all ways a very good experience when dealing with Brian Rucker from Trotter and Morton. He is very friendly, professional, and really knows his craft.
This is a quality company that provides excellent customer service. At first frost in early October, our heating unit didn't switch on. Tony, the foreman came by to rerouted the backup heating unit to make sure our building was warm for our preschooler. DJ who has been our service technician for the past few years always has always provided exceptional service to meet our needs.
