Ben was great. Very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful fixing the heating valve and showing me how everything worked. Trotter and Morton was able to address my plumbing and heating issues without delay. Great experience overall from dispatch to service call.

He took time.to listen fully to our concerns, asked relevant questions to help uncover the root of the problem and got the job done to our utmost satisfaction! He kept us informed throughout the process and didn't leave until he was satisfied that it was fixed properly once and for all.
