Trotter Air was responsive and very thorough when we needed a new system. They took the time to explain what was needed and why, and answered all of our questions throughout the process. On installation day, the owners were onsite to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were taken care of. This is a wonderful family business with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them—Sean and Chris were fantastic!
