We have used Trotter for over 20 years in two different homes in Plano, and once again they have proven to be the absolute best HVAC company around. AC stopped last evening, they were here before 8AM this morning, had the unit repaired a little after 8AM. These are the guys you wished all your service companies were like. Cheers to Sean and Chris Trotter for running an amazing company!

If 10 stars were available, that is what this company is. AC went out and they helped via phone to narrow the issue. They came out the next day! Brady explained the issue, walked through solutions. My mom began using them many years ago. Don is a great man. Sean and Chris do a great job of taking care of customers. They educate, offer solutions and deliver what they said. Family owned with good old fashioned quality values.

10000% recommend! Chris, the owner, was incredibly responsive and got us scheduled *right away*. Our technician, John, went above and beyond; he called ahead with his arrival time and even showed up early. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. Within an hour, he had diagnosed the issue, resolved it, AND had everything up and running smoothly. As an added bonus, he also serviced both units. Exceptional service from start to finish!

Very trustworthy company! Wonderful communication with appointments, and they do an excellent job explaining what needs to be done. We use their annual service agreement to ensure our heating and air conditioning is checked out in the fall and spring -- it's so convenient to know they will call and set up these appointments twice a year to keep our units running well. Highly recommend!
