10000% recommend! Chris, the owner, was incredibly responsive and got us scheduled *right away*. Our technician, John, went above and beyond; he called ahead with his arrival time and even showed up early. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. Within an hour, he had diagnosed the issue, resolved it, AND had everything up and running smoothly. As an added bonus, he also serviced both units. Exceptional service from start to finish!

Very trustworthy company! Wonderful communication with appointments, and they do an excellent job explaining what needs to be done. We use their annual service agreement to ensure our heating and air conditioning is checked out in the fall and spring -- it's so convenient to know they will call and set up these appointments twice a year to keep our units running well. Highly recommend!

I've been with Trotter Air Services for almost 30 years; started with grandpa, then his son and now his grandson, and I will continue to use them for however many generations are to follow . They epitomize a family owned business that strives to get to know their customers and to ensure they're taken care of and satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone

We have used Trotter Air Services since 1986 and depend on their excellent HVAC service and product recommendations. Because we see them every Spring and Fall for regular service, we consider them invaluable and yes, really good people.
