We had roof damage from a bad storm the first part of March. My insurance agent recommended Trotman Roofing and said he would have someone out to our house that day. Keith came out and assessed we would need a new roof. He knew the adjuster we were working with and said they worked well together. In about 3 days I was approved by Alfa for our new roof and Keith put us on the list for a new roof. The roofing crew that came out worked hard and fast. First, let me say that I am willing to work with anyone and give them a chance. However, I also value honesty and professionalism. I had an appointment scheduled with Micah February 26th for 8am for an estimate with pictures. Granted, it was raining, but he appeared on time. However, noone went on the roof, much less took pictures. Again, it was raining, so I understand safety. However, he told me he would return at 2pm. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of service, Micah, was over two hours late, the day of the inspection, he didn't call to say he would be late, I called him and he stated that he had to take his children to school, when he arrived, he didn't take any photos of the hail and wind damage, he finished inspecting the roof in a few minutes, this explains why he didnhave photos when he sent estimate.
