I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of service, Micah, was over two hours late, the day of the inspection, he didn't call to say he would be late, I called him and he stated that he had to take his children to school, when he arrived, he didn't take any photos of the hail and wind damage, he finished inspecting the roof in a few minutes, this explains why he didnhave photos when he sent estimate. My roof looks amazing and the process couldn’t have been easier. The entire team was nothing but respectful and left my property looking even better than when they arrived. I have never seen people work harder than the Trotman team. Hats off to them! Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend
Great communication and craftsmanship!! Installed backsplash and under cabinet lighting in our kitchen. Also updated the laundry room countertop, flooring, and laundry sink. Contractor returned three separate times to stain and seal the butcher block counter to our stain/likeness. Will definitely use again!!
