I have been a customer of theirs since 2019, bought my first machine from them in 2020 (a Speedy 400), two more in 2021 (a Speedy 300 and a SpeedMarker 700), and it never once occurred to me that I would regret being a customer of theirs until 2026. I purchased a SpeedMarker 1350 via private party sale in 2022, which is the subject of my primary complaint here. Trotec USA is the best, don't settle for less. We've had a Trotec Speedy 360 for 6 years with zero maintenance issues.
